My mission with this retreat is to get you focussed on your most powerful and valuable content, help you feel confident in front of the camera, but also to give you some relaxing time by the pool!
I’ve seen so many people grow in front of the camera during my training. They’ve become amazingly confident and strong and have embraced their passion for what they do and now share their expertise with the world – and nothing makes me more happy!
I want you to feel energised and empowered by your own topic and open up your eyes to the many positive returns you will have from the videos you create.

Hi there,
I’m Mi, Founder of The Vlog Academy, a vlog expert, video producer and confidence coach with +25 year’s experience in film and video production. I offer online and in-person vlog training, corporate workshops as well as video production in the UK and globally.
I’ve worked with top agencies and companies in Stockholm, Los Angeles, New York and London, where I’ve been part of high-end commercials, TV shows and feature films, ranging from VOLVO to the Bond films. I started The Vlog Academy eight years ago.
I absolutely love Morocco and have spent a lot of time there. It’s my go-to happy place. I’ve held vlog retreats and photography courses there and I’ve travelled from the medina across the Atlas mountains into the Sahara desert and back to the ocean, both for work and on holiday, on foot, by car and camelback.
I want to give you a little taster of this gorgeous country over our three days together. Marrakesh is a very safe place in my eyes, only three hour’s flight from London, and it’s the same time zone.
We’ll get some work done, have beautiful food, meet fab people, sleep well and hopefully get some good sunshine on our face!
