HOW MUCH TIME DOES THE VLOG COURSE TAKE?
We start with a 1,5Hr MOT call, to find out your purpose and intent.
The online training modules are quick and fun and you’ll do the full course in around 3Hrs.
You’ll get weekly tasks every Monday morning, but there are no set calls or times. You can do the training in your own time during the week. There will be two tasks the first week, then one a week.
You’re expected to complete each video task before the end of each week to allow time for feedback to be provided. You can then adjust and improve for the next week’s task.
Your Video response needs to be maximum 2 minutes long, but will take you 10-20min per week to film, of course depending on how much effort you want to put in!
The worksheets will take 10-15min to complete each week.
It’s your responsibility to ensure you finish your weekly task and complete all tasks within the duration of the 4 week course.

IN-PERSON TALK
You’ll have an MOT call over Zoom with Mi Elfverson (Founder of The Vlog Academy) so she can have a look at your current state of social media, discuss your needs, intentions and goals.
You’ll be communicating over Email and preferably use YouTube to share your videos so you can get going with a channel immediately (no need to post anything in public!)
THE TASKS
You will receive five video tasks from me during the four weeks. These tasks are simple and shouldn’t take you too long, but it’s of course up to you how much effort you want to make.
You’ll receive a question from me and you simply film your answer in return.
Your video response should be less than two minutes.
In your response video, you have an opportunity to practice everything you’ve learnt so far, in terms of light, audio, composition and the way you connect with your viewer.
You upload your response video, preferably but not necessarily, to YouTube, and share an Unlisted link with me so only I can see it.
You then get feedback directly from me so you can improve everything in your video for the next task.
